GPFA provides comprehensive leadership training and hands-on experience for young people to help them develop the skills, knowledge, and attributes necessary for empowered lives.
Every year, GPFA recruits 10-20 young women who display exceptional leadership potentials in their communities, organizations, and professions.
Since 2013, GPFA has hosted six youth camps across Liberia. The 1-week camp engages boys and girls in cultural and civic activities that allow them to create a culture of respect, tolerance, and justice.
GPFA trains youths to become peer educators and advocate against sexual abuse and violence against young girls and promote sexual and reproductive health in their communities and schools.
Every year, GPFA hosts a leadership conference to create young leaders committed to positive change in themselves, their communities, and the world through the inspiration of Nobel Peace Laureates.
